Water broke early this morning. Mw is not concerned. I am not concerned but am getting a bit despondent. I was having contx earlier, but they have all but disappeared. Still leaking fluid and nothing has gone in so no worries of infection.

Boy is still high and will NOT get doiwn against my cervix. Tell me what I can do!

What about pelvic rocks and sitting on a birth ball?? When used correctly, it can open up your pelvis by 2 extra cm's.

Squatting as much as possible and resting on the birth ball when you're not squatting.

I hope everything is going well- if you have energy walk- walk briskly and intently-- and you can add lunges and squats-- if you are tired sleep now- or atleast for a little bit.. then get up and do some more walking-
