mentor wanted

HI there,

I am looking for someone to help me with this transition.

After graduating college I partnered up, and a year later we had a baby. She is now 9 weeks old.

I never quite found a career after graduating because we traveled around trying to find a city of our dreams. We moved to Portland, only to move back to the Bay Area when DH got a good job and we found out I was pregnant.

I feel sort of overwhelmed with my new life (soothe, nurse, diaper, entertain, and then try and keep who I originally was in tact) Definitely dealing with some PPD.
I want to be a super mama more than anything!

We are on and off again a vegetarian family, but am struggling as DD has all kinds of food allergies and so do I. I am having a hard time taking care of myself nutritionally.
I am really passionate about living a veg life, and raising veg children, so I would love a mentor to pep me up and tell me, "You can do this, I did it"

We are Christian mystics, who love to see the similarities between all religions and are fascinated by how inter-connected human beings are.
I am more spiritual than DH. He is somewhat more matter of fact.

Another thing that plays into our lives greatly is living off of one low-moderate income. How does anyone do this?

I am an aspiring midwife. I know I will get there someday but right now I really want to focus on being a mama.
I love love love birth, sort of a birth junkie. I had a wonderful birth experience despite some trauma (If only I would have UC'd)
I want to learn to can, preserve, grow, etc.
I enjoy learning about alternative medicines, homeopathy, and healing traditions.

I am also struggling with how to make decisions on behalf of my little girl. I don't plan on vaccinating her, but I get so scared.

I want to have lots of children (okay only a few more)

Most of all just looking for a friend
