cleaning SIGG bottles -- help!!!

I know I need a brush to clean out my SIGG bottle (there's a bit of junk on the bottom) and that they sell specific cleaning tabs. BUT, I think that I read that I can use alka seltzer tabs or something similar to clean them out. Is this true? What other things could I try just to give them a cleaning boost beyond soapy water....

thanks!

baking soda and vinigar? Baby bottle cleaners work really well at getting to those hard to reach places too

I use the brush from my Dh's camelbak. A while back I wanted a brush to clean some bottles, not SIGG, and when I went to the baby bottle section, most were too short or bent at an angle. I did fine something is the regular dish washing utensil section. I've recently bought 2 SIGG and the brush is too wide for the SIGG.

I have an Avent bottle brush that I got a few years ago at babies r us that works perfectly on my siggs. Not sure if they still make them, but it's light blue and shaped more like a toothbrush than a traditional bottle brush. Hmmm...which makes me think a toothbrush might work, too.
