OMG ... the best news ..

My ds is in M school K right now and I was going to get him tested for gifted and depending on that outcome would be whether he was going to go to public school or now ... WELL ... MIL told Dh that she would help us out to keep him in M school. I have 2 in right now and the tuition is kicking my you know what. I am so thrilled to see her wanting to help because this is not like her. She gave my DS $3 for his 4th bday (she is very tight with her money) ... She did give us a little bit this year (less than 1/2 of the tuition for 1 child so it was nice but this is even better) .. I am so happy .......

That's awesome news!! We just started DS in Montessori preschool 2 weeks ago. While he absolutely loves it, it can get a bit pricey. Fortunately the teacher is a friend, and she's having me make aprons for the school and diapers for her baby for some tuition reduction.

That's great! I wish my MIL would do that - who knows maybe she will - dd is only 3 in her first year of M school half days. We can't afford to send her to M elementary, but MIL has been talking about giving us some money - I would love to be able to send the kids to M school longer, I feel like its just the right environment for DD's temperment (she's so much like I was)
