My 4 year old loves to draw and can occupy herself for long periods of time doing so. However, she has friends who are perfectly normal, bright kids who have no interest whatsoever, will make a scribble or two, and move on to something else, like building blocks. And my daughter will never build. At all. She'll stack one or two blocks and lose interest. I think it's just an individual personality thing - nothing to worry about at all!
