Diva cup users??

Anyone out there use diva cups? I just got one and I am having some issues with it. : I don't feel comfortable. I feel a bit of pinching and that it is falling out... literally.... What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions/ comments/ etc.????

It takes practice. Give it time and it will get easier.

I had some pretty serious pinching the first time I used it. I figured out it was the stem and just cut a bit off. Over the next couple of days I trimmed the stem a little bit more until I trimmed off the absolute maximum amount you are suppossed to trim off. Then the pinching was gone.

I find that if I squat down to insert mine I get it in more comfortably. I think it's trial and error, since we're all a little different. Also remember that it doesn't go "up" like a tampon, but more horizontally.
