It is fun, I'm totally thrilled.
Maeve-- I *love* those cloaks, they're beautiful! I was totally going to make something similar (though probably less pretty) for myself this month, but my son has done soemthing with the foot pedal to my sewing machine.
Scorpios-- My husband and son are both scorps. They love the water and will do just about anything to be near/in it; both are excellent swimmers, especially considering that one is a fat man and the other a nearly-four-year old.
(In fact, this is true of BooBah, my second water-baby as well.)
Mike's a little more difficult, but BeanBean's always been extra sensitive to human emotions. As an infant, he was the kind of kid who wanted to hug other children when they cried, and even to hug and comfort mamma when I was upset. He's an extrovert himself, so he doesn't fully grasp the idea that some people need time to be alone to recharge and will often try to "help" by getting in your face, hugging, kissing, snuggling with you even if all you want is to hide in the bathtub for a few minutes.
BeanBean knows when people are upset, and he really wants to make it all better even if they're not being openly hostile or miserable at him. It's sweet.
In Bean's ddc, there are several mammas who are apparently nervous about having Scorpio babies; this made me laugh, because I have no trouble with mine (well, nothing *major*; nobody gets along perfectly 100% of the time, you know?) and would much rather have a Scorpio baby than a Capricorn.
