Hi NTers...I am trying to make my first batch of homemade tahini. I couldn't find a recipe in NT so I am kinda winging it. I soaked my sesame seeds overnight and now not sure what to do next. A lot of the recipes online say to toast the seeds in the oven first...but they don't soak their seeds. Do I need to toast or go straight to blending? Thanks!!
