I don't get why they think free vaccines were supposed to lure more Democrats. Are Democrats vax fiends? Liberals will only vote if they get a free gift?

Maybe because the shot was only offered in predominately latino and black neighborhoods. I could be wrong, but I think these two groups generally vote more Democratic, but don't quote me, as I can't remember where I read this.

Well, when I first saw your headline, I figured they didn't want to kill off any Republicans with vaxes, since GOP leadership figures voting Republicans will be sorely needed at the polls in 2008.
