Help me find a MIDWIFE in AUSTIN, TX

Just found out I'm pregnant with #3 and would like to homebirth this baby (My 2 dds were hospital-born). I've already looked at texasmidwives.com web and got a list of names. But I'd like to get a recommendation from someone who has personal experience with them (either HB or birth center). Which midwife would you personally recommend and why?

Also, I don't have med insurance and can qualify for Medicaid. Are there any midwives in Austin-area that will take Medicaid clients?

I would ask on your tribe board.

Try the Texas Midwives association website...I don't know the official site name, but you can google it & it should pop up.
