And I'd write an editorial for every local paper about how confusing and unhelpful it is for moms when they go to the doctor and get advice that the doc's own professional organization doesn't even support, and include sources for moms to double check that their doc isn't giving them bad advice, too.
Don't forget to complain to any hospital he is associated with as well. *Some* hospitals are working on being more "child friendly" and that includes breastfeeding friendly - if he is associated with one that is trying to gain that status/certification there could be some repremands from hospital administration as well.... if nothing else they don't like to have disgruntled customers who may consider going elsewhere....

I think for anybody to read the your letter, you want to include "just the facts". I would get right to the point and then support your point(s) with evidence...not just links. However...I think it is a great start, I particularly like how you have included that human milk is considered a "clear liquid".
