I am enjoying my babymoon, just wanted to share some pics of my angel. Labor was 12 hrs, with 1 hr of pushing. She was 18 days past my EDD, so don't worry all you waiting mamas, the babies really do come out to meet us, though I was having my doubts for a while there

Her name is pronounced A(just like letter A) -WHEN. If you are curious about the meaning go to Wikipedia.com and type in Awen. And I am pretty sure in the Celtic/Welsh way, her name is pronounced Ow-when, but we went with it pronounced more Americanized. Thanks for all the congrats ladies!!

HEY, is that brown owl suit from Old Navy?! I saw one just like it there a while ago and absolutely LOVED it, but when I went back to get it, they were all gone...boooo! She looks adorable in it!

nak yes, its from old navy. dh picked it out and the matching hat for her first outfit.. he called her our little owl baby. i think its so darn cute!
