wooden dollhouse pattern or instructions?

I'd love to afford one of these:

...but I can't! Fortunately, I have a woodshop at my disposal but not a lot of time to figure out how to make one. Has anyone seen a pattern somewhere for something *very* similar? I think these dollhouses are so lovely and I don't see how they could be hard to make. Most patterns out there are very Victorian or Georgian--stylized with architecture that I don't think the kids or myself mesh with; there's too much going on. What I'm looking for is that Waldorfy, rounded edges and organic look and feel.

Thanks!

Easy! Grab some graph paper or print some online (lots of sites let you print it for free). Go back and take a look at that house and its dimensions and plot it on paper. The tricky thing will be getting wood wide enough unless you use bicuits. Countersink the screws and rouns the edges with a sanding block or a router. Easy peasy pumpkin pie!
