Postpartum skin problems???

I'm 8 days post delivery and have small bumps all over my face. They don't itch and they are not red and are not pimples - any thoughts??? Hormones?

Hormones would be my guess as well--or have you used anything different? Lotion, soap, etc?
Hope it gets better soon--I know these things can be worrisome!!

i got the same thing. mostly on my nose. and it didn't happen right away either. prob at 1wk. annoying. but jonas is 3wks now and they are gone

postpartum is weird. i also had a mole on my back shrink after he was born lol
