pumping questions

I've finally figured out how to pump breast milk comfortably. I'd like to be able to freeze a supply so DH and the Grandmas can feed DS on occasion. I am new at this! What amount counts as one feeding? When unfreezing milk to feed to the baby does it need to be heated so that it's warm (like body temperature?). How long does milk stay 'good' in the freezer? Is there anything else I need to know?

It really helped me when I had to go back to work with DS1. Glad it was useful!
