Realistic Dog?

Does anyone know where there's a sewing pattern for a realistic-looking dog, wolf, or fox? Or does anyone know someone who would make a custom made dog or a custom pattern for me to make? I really really want a plush version of our dog for DS, so I was hoping to find one that looks like him (he's a shiba inu) but I could not find ANY plushies of a shiba inu that didn't have gigantic, cartoonish heads.
