We try to host Thanksgiving every year, as it is much easier than packing up all the kids plus food and hauling it to a family member's house that may not be child friendly and where the kids would be bored.
This year is no different... besides our family of 9, my parents and grandparents are coming over. We'll do the turkey (and a small ham, since some of the kids won't eat turkey), potatoes and stuffing. My mom will be bringing vegetable dishes, rolls, pie, and whipped cream. My grandmother will be bringing a fruit salad and paper plates (she just got out of the hospital, and insists on doing something).
I'm spending the rest of the holiday weekend manning our booth at a local holiday market, so it will be a busy weekend. As long as I get to sit down every so often, I should be fine. I'll be 30 weeks next week, so I intend to try not to overdo it.

We stayed at the Victorian Farmhouse, which was beautiful, and shopped and ate at all the cute little places in town. We hung out on the beach, and walked through the headlands....ah, what a lovely place.

We met in high school, went to college together, got married shortly after and now have DD and are expecting #2 (obviously...). He isn't from Michigan is he?

I'm sure there will be much more hooplah about our decisions for holidays next year when we have a wee one.
