i think that 10,000 villages has a book with a baby-type design on the cover, but the inside is basicly blank for one to scrapbook in it on their own.
otherwise, you could just get a sense of the 'formula' of baby books and then create your own in any scrapbook-type thing. i'm sure you'll do a great job on your own.
i don't plan on doing birth announcements beyond email at this point.
