I'm scared witless about having two young kids......I'm trying really hard not to think about it!
In all seriousness though, I figure we will just work things out as they come. Dd loves to "help" mommy, so I'm going to use that to my fullest advantage. We also bought her a baby doll for when the baby comes so that she can have her own "baby" to carry around in a sling (it is SOOOO cute!), change diapers, etc.
I have been trying hard to spend extra time with dd.....extra playing, each night we sit down and read and have snacks before bed just her and mommy, and generally give her some extra attention.
I live in Northern MA....Haverhill, right near NH. I grew up in Maine, my family still lives there, but dh's job is here. We just bought our first house less than 6 months ago! We like it most of the time, though dh misses home, which is in Oregon.
For fun, knitting, drinking tea and lately spending time laying on the couch! I'm just so beat!
