I was just wondering if/what you all do for exercise. I haven't been working out, but decided I better get back to it. I'm starting this pg about 40 lbs overweight
and really want to keep the weight gain to a minimum! Anyway, I went to a little gym that opened here last year. It's tiny as I live in a really rural area, but it was great. The lady trains you, so I pretty much have a personal trainer and it's inexpensive. I am very excited about it! I'm sure I will be sore tomorrow, but I am excited to be getting into it. I feel much better today than I have all last week! So... do you/ are you working out or getting any kind of exercise?

: Some light stretching and kegels are about the only conscious exercising I'm doing.
