Health Insurance Costs

Does anyone know of any programs for Women owned businesses that offer better rates on Health Insurance.
It is so very expensive & with 3 little ones we need it!

We are also self-employed and haven't had health insurance in years. We do have Discounted Health Benefits, which actually saves us more money and covers more stuff than health insurance, and is only $59.95 for the entire household.
