Articles on kids and creativity?

I'm looking for articles on sparking creativity in kids, and that talk about what parents should NOT do when their kids are creating stuff. I've found a few via Google, but I was wondering if there were any really good ones out there that anyone knew about.

I have too much parental interference during the creative process in my scouting group, and I need some backup to get them to let go.
