So far I have seen one ad that will probably not offend the target audience in my quick inspection of the forums. (That was a link to Hoagies Gifted in the gifted forum).
If these ads have been vetted for 2 weeks already, it would appear that the mods have a rather different idea of acceptable than the rank and file.

Well, I've reported about 8 links that were really inappropriate, not just stupid. Circ, Breastfeeding baby which was Nestle in disguise, one called Mothering that led to AmericanBaby, a male enhancement.

Really, though, I don't blame MDC. Do we really think they want to be associated with this kind of junk? I don't mind ads in general and there's bound to be some kinks in the beginning.

i totally agree with you. that statemetn was made in a fit of disbelief. i just cant imagine if i had come here in the beg'ing and saw these ads.

how can i trust what YOU ppl say when to the left of YOUR WORDS are links to sites that tell me the opposite?

i personally would rather see an ad for sugar daddy than ads for circ. and the fact taht we shoudl limit the word circ. b/c we will get more ads for that? OMG!!!!
