Newborn Nipple Pimple?

I'm going to the ped tomorrow, but I'm curious what you guys have to say: My 6wk old has a tiny white "pimple" on one of her nipples. It's just a white raised bump. It doesn't look red or irritated or anything. What could it be?

Hope it's not too late to ease your mind: I suspect it is milk. My sweet dd had one of those for a while when she was really tiny; eventually it went away. Really really normal.

DD had that too. She had it for over a year. One day it look "ripe" to me so I gently squeezed and a hard little ball came out. Never caused her any problems or irritation. I'm sure it's normal and nothing to worry about at all.

Ped said it was probably a milk duct due to my hormones.
