i have ADD (no hyperactivity). sorry, I'm not familiar with any natural treatments. I used to take ginko boloba (sp????) but it did absolutely nothing for me.

A high dose of fish oil is something that helps me. What's most helpful, though, is reading some of the good books available (Delivered from Distraction is my favorite) and using some of the good ideas there for people with ADD.
The only thing that helps me with organization is to own as little as possible.
Kind of a weird way around it, but it (mostly) works for me.
