Strong contractions in the wee hours.

I've been having BH contractions around 3-4 am this week. Last night it seemed more than that though. They were very strong, with cervical sensation, and lasted more than an hour. I don't know about the spacing because I was really trying to sleep. I do know each contraction was long, over a minute. I kept changing positions thinking they'd go away, but no. This morning I'm sore, especially my lower back, but after about 2 hours worth of mild bh things calmed down.

Today marks 34 weeks. It's too early for this stuff.

There must have been something in the air last night--I was up with BH and aches as well. I wasn't too worried though. I had over-exerted myself working in the yard and cleaning in prep for a visit from the FIL for Thanksgiving.

Hopefully things settle down for you.

I've been experiencing stuff like that myself lately. I try not to work myself up because it is so early and eventually it goes away. Nice to know it's not just me but on the other hand

Sending everybodies little one's "stay where you are for now" vibes! You know just till we are full term and all is well.

This is my third pregnancy where that has started at around 30 weeks. By about 34-35 weeks it usual turns into prodromal labor and then the babies are a born a few weeks later... It is pretty annoying!! And painful!! I know how you feel...

Over the weekend I was having what I thought were spasms in my lower back...I thought they were muscular but my back was not sore to the touch and I only had the spasms when the baby moved.
So I think maybe baby's head is moving further down and pressing on some nerves in my lower back.
We're warming up, aren't we?

I've had more painful contractions lately too. I usually down some major water and try to get off my feet, but last time I was in the middle of a Costco shopping trip when they hit :
