I need something reflective for a play quilt

I am going to make a play quilt for our new nephew (as mainstream as parents can get). I would like to have some sort of reflective material in one of the squares to show his reflection. Any ideas on how I can do this? Something that will work like a baby safe mirror? Where can I buy something for this or how can I make something?

I would buy a cheap baby mirror, they are under $5. or take one out of an old toy. anything else, tht isn't made for a baby seems like it may be dangerous.

Yes, I agree with erinok- there is a type of sheet vinyl that has a mirror surface, but it won't pass the bite test- it will pull or bite off in small choke size pieces. Not sutible for under three years.

Thanks, ladies. I haven't found anything suitable yet. So, I think I may substitute a pocket that can contain a photo.
