Hi all,
I have little muscle twiches every once in a while that happen at different places in my body. Near my eye, ankle, and upper arm. Am I missing a nutrient or is this normal?

Thanks,
Jen

Could be magnesium.

Yep, sounds like magnesium. Are you supplementing it right now?

What happened to the movie marathon MLW? Message board break?
I'm watching Lady and the Tramp 2, so we have our own little movie marathon going.

I experienced that a lot before I started eating meat again. Once I had been eating meat for a few months, I noticed that I was having those twitches anymore. Another thing I noticed just recently is that I haven't had any heart palpitations during this pregnancy, which was pretty common in my previous three.

We haven't even started our movie marathon! : Maybe tonight, if we can stay awake once the boys are asleep ... and now back to your regular programming.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
