I was just wondering what you moms do with your kids for exercise. In my mind, the absence of gym class is one drawback to homeschooling which I'm not sure how to overcome.
I guess the obvious answer would be "take a walk to the park," but as winter is quickly approaching I have to admit, we won't be going to the park as often. Canadian winters can be very cold!
I am probably going to check out the nearest community centre next week and see if they have any activities my daughter might be interested in (martial arts, dance maybe) but if they don't have anything inexpensive that's feasible for us I'm not sure what I'll do.
Does anyone know of any kids' workout videos? Yoga maybe? Any ideas would be appreciated.
