Anyone babybooking?

I've been such a slacker about starting Stella's baby book. I've been keeping track of events in MY journal, and a pile of cards and photos is piling up on my desk...but actually buying a baby book and writing things down in it is a step I have yet to accomplish! I wasn't even going to do a baby book, but we just got dh's from his dad, and it is fun to see when his milestones were to see how they relate to Stella's. Especially since his mom passed away, the baby book is the only record we have of his important baby milestones.

Anyone have a book they can recommend or a website that sells cool ones? The only ones I see for sale in my area are super cheesy and I can't bring myself to fork out the dough to buy one.

I bought a scrapbook for Nate, but it's empty. I have a Baby's First Year calendar I'm supposedly marking down all the important dates in though. I'm only up to Day 2 in A.J.'s book, so I've got a ways to go!!! Once Nate starts sleeping upstairs without me I'll have my evenings back for scrapbooking again.

I've done some of the writing, but most of our pictures are digital, and I haven't got good paper to print them out. My babybook's nice, though -- it has pockets for momentos, so I've stashed a lot in those.

It's funny... I told my mom I was starting to work on the baby book, and she said, "Oh yeah, I still need to do some work on yours, too." I'm 31!

I scrapbook but haven't had time. DD's only has the first 2 years done and she is now 4.5
I write everything on our big wall calendar in the kitchen. Once a year I get our digital pictures printed out by a photofinishing shop.

oh thanks ladies, you made me feel so much better! I've been feeling bad about not starting our book yet. I actually found a cute one at Hallmark (that surprised me). But I was looking for one with lots of pockets like I had when I was a baby.

I'll start someday I swear!

I scrapbook, which is sporadic at best.

In the meantime, I take lots of pictures, I write stuff down on the Baby's First Year Calendar, and occasionally I write in my journal about baby stuff. Eventually, all that stuff will make it into the scrapbook.

We have a baby blog and online photo album for Lucas and his massive following. I haven't started writing in his book though my DH has.

I was looking for a Hallmark one as both DH and I had one and to me - they're what baby books should look like, but I just didn't find any that I liked.

I finally found this one at Barnes & Noble which I really liked. It has a box and wasn't overly cute or feminine.

I scrapbook...or rather I have the intention to Scrapbook! I'm a CM consultant, so I love scrapbooking (or currently accumulating things to scrapbook with!) I used the calendar thing with my first, and it really helped me to get her book at least started. Poor ds hasn't gotten much of anything yet! But I am looking forward to having a day where I can get some cropping done! Also, I have journals for both of them that I write in, I love doing that, it is so sweet and simple
