safe stainless steel cleaner?

We have stainless steel appliances in our kitchen. They are new to me so to be on the safe side, I bought a stainless steel cleaner so that we wouldn't damage the finish on them. I like to keep things looking clean and tidy, so I"m constantly taking out the stainless steel cleaner to remove the smudges and fingerprints on our microwave, fridge, dishwasher etc. I have not been using it on our sinks because I can't imagine it's that great for our insides. But I would like to see the insides of our sinks nice and shiny. I wipe them down with a kitchen towel but it leaves water drops all over so when they dry all the water marks are left behind. Is there something I can use that will leave them shining but will be safe to use in our sinks? One of my sinks is a veggie sink, in which I leave my veggies soaking at times to remove pesticides, or bugs if they are organic, so I don't want to use anything toxic when I'm going to wash our produce. Any ideas? TIA!

I haven't looked into it too much, but I noticed that Target's Method brand had a stainless steel cleaner.

Method makes a biodegradable SS cleaner. They make a spray and wipes- the cloth in the wipes is biodegradable, too.

After you wipe off any true dirt/grime, put a little olive oil or other veggie oil on a cotton cloth and buff out the smudges. Works great!
