Signs of a food allergy/intolerance??

Hi ladies, I'm new here and I have a question...

My son is 3 months old and has recently starting having exclusively green stools. This has been going on for just over a week. I do not think I have a foremilk/hindmilk imbalance. I did in the very beginning but that was fixed and nursing has been going well for the last couple months.

Other symptoms include:
spitting up frequently
gunky/watery eyes
mild excema on his forehead
congestion
red/infected ears a few times already
does not sleep well
fussy

The green stools and excema seem to have come on around the same time. Why would a food intolerance just NOW cause green stools however? Wouldn't that have started right away??

My other thought is reflux but he doesn't have alot of the classic signs IMO.

Any advice/ thoughts would be great! Thanks!!

Could be

It sounds a lot like my son's symptoms of a dairy allergy.

If it is an allergy, the new symptom may be related to a change in your diet. If it is a food allergy or sensitivity, it may be to something that sticks around in your system for a while and in his system for a while, so a change in your diet over a week or two can have an impact on him for a longer time. Dairy, for example takes two weeks to fully clear out of mother's system and another week or two to fully clear baby's system.
In addition, the most common sensitivity/allergy causing foods hide out in all sorts of places that you may not expect.

Are you taking any herbal treatments?

I just ask because my daughter had a fierce digestive / crying reaction to my taking fenugreek. People talk about it like it's such a mild remedy- but it can be pretty harsh for those it does not agree with. I believe that the allergy is in the same family as peanut.
