burt's bees shampoo

has anyone ever used either of the burt's bees shampoo? i think there's a grapefruit one. . . and maybe a new raspberry or something like that. i've tried the shampoo bar, but it was too hard to get through my really long hair.
i like the no poo method. . . i bs/acv every or every other day. regular shampoo makes my hair flat, limp, and greasier in the long run, so i was wondering how burt's would fit in to all that. . . . let me know!

If you don't mind REALLY strong smelling "natural" shampoo---then give Burt's a try. I used the Grapefruit conditioner, and it worked great and had a very mild, pleasant smell that did NOT linger. BUT---the Green Tea Shampoo and the Rasperry conditioner had such strong fragrance, that I gave them to my daughter, who got SO nauseated from the fragrance, that we gave it away to another friend not used to natural, mild fragrances. Have not heard back, but probably not a problem with someone used to strongly fragranced products. If you have really long hair that tends to get weighted and oily, I highly recommend Garnier Fructis shiny shampoo and conditioner. It has a VERY low toxicity rating and leaves my daughters long, fine, blond hair shiny and fluffy!!!!

I love the Burts raspberry shampoo. I think I'll try the grapefruit one as I believe that is only scented with essential oils. The green tea and the raspberry are scented with fragrance oils that are not natural.

I never work shampoo through my long hair. I only use it on my roots. The suds rinsing down over my hair do just fine to get it clean.

The grapefriut one made my hair dry. I won't buy it again.
