Has anyone used the Ergo while pregnant?

I'm 6 weeks pregnant with our second. DS is 7.5 mos and is just starting to like the back carry. I'm planning on getting an Ergo, and I was wondering if anyone has had any experience using it during pregnancy. I was thinking that as long the waistbelt was positioned below my belly, it would be fine, and it makes sense to balance the load by having one baby in front and the other in back, right? I'll probably need the waist belt extender as the pg progresses, but other than that, I think it should work. Any advice? TIA!

I am still using mine to carry my 1 1/2 year old and am 20 wks pregnant. Sometimes I carry him on the front, but not for very long, usually on the back. My husband is a big guy and doesn't need the waist extender, so you may not. I would think it would be more comfortable to put the belt under you rotund belly than on it while pregnant anyway...

I had plenty of room to expand with the regular waistband during pregnancy...but I guess it would depend on how the Ergo fit to begin with. I used mine to wear my son, at 1.5 years and 30+ pounds, up until around 7-8 months of pregnancy. After that, there was no carrier in the world that could have made it comfy to carry a 35-pound toddler anymore .
