NOTHING fits!

You'd think that investing in a maternity wardrobe would buy you clothes that fit throughout pregnancy. Why are maternity clothes designed for someone perpetually 5 months along? I can't wear ANYTHING at this point. I am in nightgowns at home, and if I go out I have to wear DH's t-shirts if I want my belly covered. It hangs out the bottom of all my maternity tops and over the tops of my maternity pants- which fall down anyway. I am : that I own $500 worth of maternity clothes and I'm wearing dh's t-shirts!!! (even my maternity tees are too short! what's with that?)

Sorry to rant. I am running out of patince with this pregnancy.

I have the same problem with almost all my maternity shirts, some even quit fitting at 7 monthes! Pants are either to tight or falling off all the time. I just try to wear a long jacket, zipped up when I go to the store. It's kindof embarrassing to have my stomach hanging out or be pulling up my pants all the time!

I only had one pair of pants that fit for the last 8 weeks or so. And only one warm sweater that came close to covering my belly (not maternity, just a BIG sweater), so I wore the exact same outfit everyday (pants that fit and the sweater).

The nice thing about it, though, is that even though I haven't attempted to wear any pre-pregnancy clothes yet (I'm guessing that would be depressing), I feel like I have SO many options just because I can wear all my other maternity clothes again! So, there is an upside to outgrowing maternity clothes before the end of pregnancy!

Your babies will come out SOON!
