If using water/vinegar/EO cleanser...

do you need to rinse with water after wiping down a surface? I just mixed up a batch with Lavender and love it, but didn't know if you are supposed to wipe the surface and leave it or rinse it with a plain water rag.

Oh, and are there any surfaces I should NOT use this on?

Thanks!

I just always spray and wipe with a clean rag. And I have always heard that vinegar eats paint? But I spray it on my painted cabinets and haven't noticed anything. Maybe they are dissolving very very slowly.

In everything that i understand as true cleaning/disinfecting there needs to be the friction, scrubbing effect to truly do the job. Even when you use warm water and soap you need to scrub the bubbles for 15+ seconds before rinsing.
I have not seen a problem with paint either.
