: Baby is head down!!! :

I had an appointment with the OB today, did the GBS test, & he checked my cervix. He said I'm dilated to 2 cm, and the head was right there. I said, "Are you SURE??" cause I didn't really believe him . He said, "Well, we could do a quick U/S to make sure." So we did, and Baby is definitely head down!!!

This is such a relief for me. I thought I couldn't feel the head where the MW said it was anymore, but I wasn't totally sure baby turned. Now I can relax & just wait for labor to start, and have our baby at HOME!!!

Thank you all for the baby turning vibes!!! They sure did help!!!

That is so wonderful. I'm really happy for you.

Strange that you didn't feel the movement-- seems like turning from breech this late in the game would feel pretty intense. But great news .. and great that you are 2 cm, too!

Thank you everyone!!! I'm still so excited over this! Now I can finish up getting everything ready, and just wait for baby to come!

We still don't know the gender even though we tried getting a peek yesterday. Baby just doesn't want us to know ahead of time!

I'm so glad to hear the baby is head down. I know when mine finally went head down, and yours still wasn't, I felt so bad, hoping yours would turn too. Little stinkers, waiting so long!! I'm so happy that you get your home birth.

Thanks Sara! They want to keep us on our toes, don't they ?

Can't wait to see our MW on Thursday. She was starting to get a tad worried too.

Thank you to everyone else who replied. I hope everyone else is doing OK these last few weeks!!
