Hi Kallyn. It's mostly been you and me these days, but this is fun for me if nothing else for my own edification to see what I've been eating. So here goes for today:

Breakfast: chocolate milk (milk, cocoa powder, sucanat, honey), hardboiled eggs, spoonful of coconut oil
Lunch: Pork roast (pork, garlic, onions, tomatoes, ACV, chicken broth, black beans, chile peppers, ginger), brown rice, sauteed kale (kale, bacon, onions), spoonful of coconut oil with molasses and honey
Snack: leftover roast beef (garlic, beef, thyme), potato chips (potatoes, lard), leftover duck (duck, basil, chile peppers, garlic)
Dinner: pork roast and brown rice again, steamed cabbage with olive oil, water kefir
Whole supplements: cod liver oil

Total (without duplicates): 28

I have NOT been doing well with this lately!

Besides, I don't have time to sit here and document everything I'm eating, not since I started homeschooling DD. It's enough that I remember to eat several times a day.

No sense in burning yourself out, Ruth! One person can only do so many things.

today for me:

lunch:
2 pb cookies (peanut butter, wheat flour, egg) 3 :
kale apple salad (red kale, fuji apple, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, agave nectar, pine nuts) 7
kangaroo jerky 1
cranberry kombucha 2

mid afternoon:
coconut shrimp soup (chicken stock, lemongrass, ginger, chili paste, coconut milk, fish sauce, shrimp) 7 - the chili paste actually has a lot of ingredients, but I only used about half a tablespoon so I guess I'll just count it as one

dinner:
chicken sausage 2
kimchi 8
egg drop soup (all duplicates)
a fig

total: 31 yay!!
