Has anyone tried soaking and slow-drying brazil nuts ?
Mine have been trying to dry about a day and a half by now, and when I 'test' one by eating it, it still seems wet/moist inside - maybe they're too thick to dry properly ?
I was thinking if they're not dry by tomorrow... then I'll just turn it up to 350 and roast for a while - maybe that would do it !
