Where to find rings for sling

I have been looking in my area for 3" rings to finish my slings but I am not having any luck. I have tried several hardware stores, box-mart home stores, marine supply stores but I am not having any luck. I am going to try and find a tack store today but I am not holding any hope out for it. Does anyone have any suggestions or place online they like to get rings from and if you do what is shipping like?

Jo Anne fabrics and Michaels have welded rings in various sizes - they are used for macrame projects and beading. About 50 cents each!

I used a pair to make my sling. They are very sturdy, though not designed/sold for this purpose. I have seen a heavier weight of rings on the web, for more $$$. They were on one of the baby carrier sites.

I prefer those to some of the ones I have tried from the local fabric store. The ones from the local store all had weld lines that made me nervous. I want to trust my rings 100%

I have seen the ones at the craft stores and they just don't look like they are trustworthy and every site that has a pattern says not to use them. I will check out the link listed and see if I can order some by the end of the week. Thanks ladies!

I got mine on slingrings.com. used them in a sling for the 9 month old I nanny. They work great and are light-weight, but sturdy
