My PIS is dying!!!

My PIS (POS) is 5 years old and is dying a slow and painful death. Do y'all think I should buy a new one, rent a Medela HG pump, or buy a different pump all together. TIA.

Oh, I would get another PIS (if you plan on pumping for a while longer and having more babes.)

If I ever need a new pump, I'm definitely going to buy another PIS

I switch off between a manual pump and a battery-operated pump that fits in my bra. I own a PIS, but I found it frustrating to have to sit still with the bottles precariously balanced where an ill-placed cat passing by could knock them off.

Ditto. I EP with my PIS. It is definitely pretty durable.

Try replacing some of the parts first, you may get another good year out of it. Replace the white membranes and horn assembly first and see if that helps.

I've replaced the horns, membranes, yellow thingies, and I've ordered tubing. I might also replace the white thing in the pump that goes in and out while it's on. Then I will probably buy another PIS.
