Well for all those of you wondering how they do in the cold, I am happy to say that mine worked just fine today. It was our first real test, as the temperature was minus 28 celsius with the windchill. I went to our breastfeeding support group this morning, which is a 45 minute walk given the snowy sidewalks, and both DD and I were toasty warm! Well, my cheeks were a bit on the nipply side but that's my own darn fault.
So for all those of you who might be sitting on the fence debating getting one - I highly recommend it. Especially now that it comes with a nice beige fleece
(I got the periwinkle since that was all that was available initially and I'm just not a periwinkle kind of gal).
