Hey ladies! i just wanted to let you know Baby Joey arrived on November 25th weighing in at 6 lbs and 11 oz! we had a wonderful, beautiful home/water/hypnobirth which i have posted the full story on my blog along with pictures.

Beautiful story!
Similar to my home water birth--lots of intensity,some pain, felt the urge to push this time...and an overall feeling of love and accomplishment--my healing birth!

What a wonderful story!!
I have a Joseph too--I almost had a "waterbirth" sort of. I pushed most of him out in the shower, but then he got a bit stuck and the midwife did some manuevering and he was born a few contractions later on the bathroom floor.
For me, that was totally fine...such a contrast to my son's birth, a c-section at the Naval hospital in Japan.
