Baby is a bit confused I think

I had a MW appointment today, and baby is back to being breech . She won't do a breech birth either.

*Sigh*, I just wish baby would get in the right position & stay there!

Oh, man. Maybe the baby will turn head down when labor starts. Sorry for all the stress with this.

Not sure if you remember me(we're both in MN and both have dealt with the breech baby situation). My midwife turned mine around 37 weeks, he/she stayed that way for a few days and then turned breech again. Then a few days after that turned back to head down....if your baby could turn on its own to breech, then it should be able to get head down again too. Plus she mentioned that after having several babies the muscles in the stomach aren't as tight so the baby has more room to move from breech to head down and vice versa. I hope your little one makes up its mind soon!! Take care, Sara

Oh, and just wanted to mention, my mother in law had all 3 babies were breech until either a few days before delivery, or with her first, she turned head down in labor!! There's still hope. Sara

Sara - I remember you . My MW isn't too terribly worried; she says there's lots of room, and that baby will probably keep turning until labor starts.

I'm trying to think positive, and talk to the baby & tell him/her what s/he needs to do. Now just more wating & seeing.
