Will anyone else be nursing through this pregnancy?

My dd is 18 months, and she nurses a LOT. She didn't eat solids until 2 months ago and just recently started eating as much as she nurses. I hope she continues to nurse at least until she turns 2. And then if she wants to go on, I guess I'll be tandeming! Anyone else?

Yes, I'm still nursing my 2 1/2 year old at least 2x/day, occsionally more. If he's still interested in nursing when the baby comes, that's fine with me (at least right now!) My opinion could change at the pregnancy progresses! Glad to meet another possible tandem nurser!

Nope
But I do have like 850 ounces of breastmilk in my deep freezer LMAO
Does that count?

I'm still nursing my 2y9mo dd, and will continue but maybe reduce a bit. I tandemed the girls for a year...only nursing dd1 1x a day, though. Right now dd2 nurses frequently, and my nipples are sore (which is why I reduced nursing with dd1). So we'll see!!

Yes! I'm nursing my three-year-old son at least three times a day, and three times a night -- : He seems to need it so much, but if there's any conflict (anybody know? With at least six times a day??) I'll have to change some things.

One of the first ways I was able to tell I was pregnant (or at least suspected -- still caught me by surprise!) was that it felt different when he nursed. Not really painful, just a bit sore and different.

Congratulations everyone! I just found out today!

I'm nursing my 14-month-old at least 6 times a day and once or twice at night. I'm praying my milk supply stays up, and I hope to tandem nurse!

I nursed through my last pregnancy and I will probably do it again but it really hurts this time!! My ds is 2 and 1/2 years old and last time I said if I ever had another baby I would probably not nurse through pregnancy and tandem nurse again. I think I will end up doing it again though because he is very attached to his "babu"

Most def will. My youngest is only 9 months and still needs it. I'm very worried though- with all my other pregnancies, the nursing child self weaned. I really don't want that to happen this time, and I'd LOVE to expierence tandem nursing. *fingers crossed*

ds is 16 months, still nurses several times a day, several times a night. He's eating more solid foods these days and going longer between nursings. I think he feels the change. The combination of my moods, foods, milk taste change?, and I *think* my supply is slightly sufferring, but lots of oatmeal, water, and some : help a lot. I plan to nurse through and tandem. Going with the flow.

I'm nursing my 15mo old around the clock. He just started solids a couple months ago. I am so so tired and I know waking up at night to feed him doesn't help. But I'm determined to nurse him through the pregnancy. I made it to 4mo of pregnancy for nursing his sister, but she was nursing way less to begin with. Maybe I can make it longer this time if I keep up my fluids and protein.

My daughter is 9 months, and pretty much exclusively breastfed, so I anticipate nursing through the pregnancy and tandem nursing afterwards

My 22 month old still nursed 6+ times a day. I have no plans to wean him, but I wouldn't mind cutting back some. I'm really sore. It looks like when baby E comes we'll be tandem nursing

this will be my 3rd round of tandem nursing

Yep. DD nurses about a billion times a day still. Okay- probably closer to 8-12...

If I'm pregnant, I will be nursing and hopefully tandeming. DD loves her boobs. If we're at home, she likes me to keep them out for her

So here's a question: I feel no difference in my boobs or in nursing. I don't know that I'm pregnant, but I might be. I haven't taken a test. (I don't know why, but I just have a test aversion -- I guess I'm annoyed at myself for not charting well enough to be able to just rely on my chart to tell me.) I'm wondering if others who definitely are pregnant are still feeling no difference at all. The fact that I don't is making me think either that I'm not pregnant or the pain/discomfort isn't as bad when you have a really big supply (DD doesn't eat a whole lot of food).

If I am pregnant, I ovulated somewhere between November 16-21, so I guess that would make me 4-5 weeks.
