DD wants me to design her curriculum again instead of Oak Meadow or Calvert
so what does she like ?? The McGraw Hill Spectrum series!! those are based on the PS curricula/models !! we pulled her out at the end of first grade and it looks like they got their claws in her mind anyway ! UGH UGH UGH
I can do it all and Saxon for under 280 but still !!
I feel so so ..so dirty LOL
I did like the spelling last year and she hated it until the end .. not that is always a good thing
I like the way it was laid out -she had the same complaint she has about ANY curricula -too much writing !

I know what you mean...dd has decided she wants to "do" spelling...really caught me offguard. I went to the library and checked out Spectrum, but just couldn't bring myself to use it.

She just LOVES the workbook-type stuff sometimes. She says it makes her feel like she's really in school (without the drudgery of actually having to show up).
