People saying NICE things!

I know we all complain when people say stupid things when we're pregnant so I thought I'd focus on the nice things that people have said or done for us! (yeah I'm in a warm snuggly kinda-mood)

-In the last week I've been told that I'm glowing and happy looking by 4 different people---one a total stranger, and one my doctor!

- I've also been told that I should keep having babies because I make pregnancy look so easy(???) and that my 2 year old daughter is a joy. (by a casual friend of my Mom's)

Oh good idea! My dh tells me all the time how pretty I am while pregnant, my SIL told me I was a very cutely dressed pregnant woman (that is thanks to my friend who loaned me a whole box of cute stuff!) and my midwife said I had the perfect pretty belly! It does feel nice to focus on that stuff...because I feel like a whale who needs help rolling over at night! LOL

it's good that people actually have something good to say to someone. Instead of just their negative comments. Glad they made you feel good !

My cousin's grandmother told me twice at a birthday party how beautiful my daughter was, and how glad she was that I was having another
(I think my daughter *did* manage to spend most of that party without making poop the primary topic of her conversation with everyone, lol)

Well that is the nice thing about living in a close knit Orthodox Jewish Community. I get far and away more nice comments than bad ones. But you also need to realize that at only 3 children so far, I am one of the smallest families in the area. Anyone with half a brain looking at my age range - at least in my community - would know that there were some fertility problems. So, I have been flooded with nice comments and offers to help with anything I needed. Everytime I am out and see someone I get told how great I look and how happy they are for me.

The outpouring of love and support has just been incredible - in fact a bit overwhelming at times!

and

2. you're looking good and healthy!

I've been getting great comments too. Everything from MIL telling me I'm a hero for being so calm during this pregancy to FIL bragging to the rest of the family how raidant I was at T-Day.
I get the glow comment lots too. It's sweet. :

My Friends and family have told me my belly is so perfect and cute they just have to touch it!
Also that they have never seen someone that is really glowing and more beautiful during pregnancy than me

I love it!
