I Finally figured the serger out!!!!

I made a set of mamma cloth, a flannel lined pair of pants for dd and some cords for myself and oh how the serger came in handy!!!! SOOOOO easy to do seams once I figured the thing out!

I am so excited and can't wait to start my next little project...alas it's 2am and sleep is needed.

Just thought I would thank you wise women for your input and guidance on this serger issue I have been having.

Hurray for you! Sergers are so much fun, they make sewing so fast and easy. But they sure can be frustrating at first.

Its all fun and games until you need to change the thread!





... Which I did this weekend..... but it worked again finally!
a) knot old thread onto new with overhand knot (gets it all the way to the needle)
b) sew until knots are at needles, rethread needles
c) check that thread is in tensioner properly.
