OMG this fatigue is killing me! I am so tired all the time I can barely keep my eyes open. I have a 2.5 year old DS and 4 year old DD, so napping during the day isn't an option.
Is there anything I can do to get my energy levels up?
I'm eating healthy and eating as much as I can, which admittedly probably isn't enough because most of the time when I do eat I just want to hurl after, I'm taking all my prenatals, getting out and exercising would normally work in the past, but all it does now is make me even more exhausted when I am done.
I don't know what to do, other than to hold onto the hope that this will pass in a few weeks towards the 2nd trimester.
Any advice would be much appreciated!

Funny thing is the coffee is the one thing that doesn't actually upset my stomach, go figure!
:
That is what I keep telling myself everytime I want to snap from sleepiness.

And dp has been so NOT understanding. He thinks I'm over exaggerating (sp??) trying to get some extra attention for being pregnant. Well EXCUSE me for wanting/needing some extra friggin TLC, and god forbid he step into my shoes and see what I mean!
: grrr. lol, sorry, got on a rant there
