I don't know about supplements, but someone on here said that coconut oil was good and helped the skin to stretch and grow!

I guess my DH is taking a break because he doesn't like to tape....I don't know if he has enough skin to use a device.

My DH made his own device out of baby bottle nipples and a weight and a suspender, no babies get bottles here!!! he bought them. It's good he can wear it all day and night, even at work.

as a restoring man and i have wondered this same thing for quite some time. Ive tried researching it but my searches never turn up anything useful. What, if any nutrient or vitamin promotes skin growth? I suppose age and health are the biggest factors but anything that gives a boost in progress would be a plus in my book. If you find anything let me know it would be greatly appreciated.

Vitamin E is good for skin. I dont know if it promotes growth, but it couldnt hurt

Coconut oil is a good suggestion and I have used this myself. Ive also heard Aloe Vera is good for the skin as well.

Being a restoring man, ive also wondered what happens when the shaft skin is stretched, do any new nerve endings grow with the stetched skin? There are benefits to restoration, I know, like resensitising the glans. I know it will not restore most of my sensitivity, I feel around 80-90% of my sensitivity is gone for good, but I can get some 5-10% back through restoration. Restoration can help men, but we still need to make clear that MGM is wrong in the first place and that there is no replacement for the real foreskin.

A couple of new resources for restorers:

There's a relatively new (March 2006) T-tape user's forum at Yahoo Groups:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/t-tapers/

Forums, restoring info at new website:

http://www.foreskin-restoration.net/forum/index.php

Go to http://homepage.mac.com/dfleary/ and download the file on
Dave's Home-Made Tugger.

There are also a bunch of other files on various do it yourself
restoration methods.
